What CENTUM is
You type a seed idea. A hundred simulated AI-driven "minds" argue, persuade each other, merge into camps, and vote on a winning idea, which then goes through a 5-lens AI review board before you see a verdict. It's a creativity tool built by one student — not a company, a research lab, or a business incubator.
These are AI outputs — not guarantees
Every idea, argument, pitch, and verdict on CENTUM is generated by AI language models through a third-party AI provider. AI output can be wrong, made up, already exist, be impossible to build, or make no sense. Nothing on CENTUM is checked by a human before you see it, and nothing here is a promise that an idea is original, valuable, legal to build, or will make any money.
Not professional or investment advice
CENTUM is not business, financial, legal, or investment advice, and nothing it generates is a professional recommendation. If you act on an idea from CENTUM — spend money, start a business, sign a contract — that's your decision and your risk. Do your own research and talk to a real professional before relying on anything CENTUM produces.
Who can use it
You must be 13 or older to use CENTUM. If you're under 18, get a parent or guardian's okay before acting on anything it generates.
Don't share sensitive info
Don't type passwords, financial account details, medical information, or anyone's personal information into the seed box. Whatever you type is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a response (see Privacy below) — treat it as not private.
Acceptable use
Don't use CENTUM to generate anything illegal, to harass or impersonate someone, or to try to break, scrape, or overload the AI backend. We can block access at our discretion.
"As is," no warranty, limits on liability
CENTUM is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of any kind — no guarantee it's accurate, original, always up, or bug-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of CENTUM or anything you do based on an idea it generates. If liability is found anyway, it's limited to the amount you paid to use CENTUM, which is nothing.
You cover us
If your use of CENTUM — including acting on an idea it generates — causes a claim, complaint, or cost against us, you agree to cover it (indemnify and hold us harmless) to the extent the law allows.
Disputes
Disagreements about these terms are settled by individual binding arbitration rather than in court, except you can always use small-claims court. You and CENTUM each waive the right to a class action or jury trial. These terms are governed by U.S. law.
Privacy — what's actually collected
There's no account, no email, no sign-up. What you type as a seed (and any follow-up) is sent to our own server (a Cloudflare Worker), which forwards it to a third-party AI provider (NVIDIA) to generate the debate and ideas — that's the only place your seed text goes.
Verdicts you choose to save go into a Vault that lives only in your own browser's local storage — not on our server, not in any database we control. Clear your browser data and the Vault is gone; we never see or store it.
We don't collect your name, email, or any account information, because there isn't an account. We don't sell data, and we don't run ad trackers.
Changes & the fine print
We can update these terms any time; continuing to use CENTUM means you accept the current version. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
